An Update!

Throughout the pandemic, we have focused on making sure that everyone who stays with us enjoys their time at Mill Croft in a safe, but welcoming environment. As the government guidelines on COVID-19 continue to change, we wanted to share an update on the safety measures we will be taking.
While the easing of restrictions will mean that some safety measures will no longer be a legal requirement, we understand that a lot of people will remain cautious. Here’s what we are doing to ensure everyone continues to feel as safe as possible at Mill Croft.
We will be continuing with enhanced hygiene, cleaning, and sanitising of our rooms.
There will still be hand sanitiser for you to use before entering Mill Croft and our breakfast room.
Social distancing will still remain in our breakfast room, with breakfast served at 2 sittings. Table service will also continue.
We will no longer be enforcing the wearing of masks, leaving it to our guests to decide if they want to wear a mask during their time with us.
The NHS track and trace QR code will still be available should guests want to check in via the app.
We ask that should you have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID, or if you yourself have any symptoms, that you contact us and DO NOT TRAVEL.
Should you develop symptoms during your stay, or you are notified that you may have been in touch with someone and need to isolate, we would ask that you travel home and seek medical advice. Our terms and conditions regarding COVID-19 are available for you to look at on our website.
We really are grateful for your continued support and thank you for helping us to look after each other and continue to stay safe.
Our kindest regards, Gill and Dave x
