Your reservation request requires that if you are staying for 2 nights, the first nights stay is payable in full. All other bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total due. The balance of your stay is due on arrival. Guests travelling from overseas are required to pay their balance in full before their arrival.
When booking is made, a contract between You and Us comes into effect when we accept your deposit and reservation request.
Deposits must be paid for using either PayPal, a cheque or bank transfer.
The balance of your stay is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash or via bank transfer – Please note, we are unable to accept cheques for balance payments.
Minimum 2 night stay. Single nights may be available at a higher rate and at management discretion.
All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate. Rates are per room per night.
If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the Booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay (unless otherwise stated). Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown.
Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.
Payment in full is required for late bookings, for events weekends and Bank Holidays and is required from guest travelling from overseas
In the rare case that due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, you will be offered alternative accommodation.
Arrival and Departure:
Check in is from 4.30pm until 7.30pm. We ask that guests please advise if check in after 7.30 is required. Guests are asked if they could please vacate their room no later 10:30am on the day of departure.
We ask that you are considerate to other guests, the environment and our neighbours.
Deposits are non refundable. If your booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival, then the deposit can be transferred to another date, within the same calendar year (subject to availability and at the discretion of the management) Cancellations made after this or in cases of non-arrival, the total amount of the booking is payable.

We have some standard rules that are designed to ensure that we comply with regulations relating to matters such as fire, health and safety and to enhance the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.

We reserve the right to terminate your Booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Mill Croft is NON SMOKING and non vaping throughout
Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond Our reasonable control. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
We will endevour to cater for all of your needs during your stay with us.
Please notify us prior to your visit if you have any special or dietary requirements.
All of our guest rooms are located on the first floor. There is no lift available at Mill Croft.

On dates where Mill Croft is open and we able to welcome you as guests, our normal terms and conditions regarding cancellation apply.
We would suggest that you consider taking out travel insurance to cover any possible costs.
