Terms & Conditions

  • For stays of 2 nights, the first night must be paid in full at the time of booking
  • All other bookings require a 30% deposit of the total cost
  • Guests travelling from overseas must pay the full balance prior to arrival
  • A binding contract is formed upon receipt and acceptance of your deposit and reservation request
  • Deposits can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque.
  • Remaining balances are due on arrival, payable in cash or bank transfer only — cheques are not accepted for final payments
  • A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
  • Single-night bookings may be accepted at a higher rate and are subject to management discretion.
  • All prices include VAT and applicable local taxes.
  • Rates are quoted per room, per night and apply to the specified number of guests, nights, and dates at time of booking.
  • Supplements (if selected) will be added to your total.
  • Any changes to your booking may result in a rate adjustment.
  • Full prepayment is required, within 48 hours of arrival, for event weekends, Bank Holidays and for overseas guests.
  • In the unlikely event we’re unable to honour your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative accommodation will be offered
  • Check-in is from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. Please inform us if arriving later.
  • Check-out is by 10:30am on the day of departure.
  • We kindly ask guests to be respectful of other guests, the environment, and our neighbours.
  • Deposits are non refundable.
    • If your booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival, then the deposit can be transferred to another date, for an equivalent stay within the same calendar year (subject to availability and at the discretion of the management).
    • Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in cases of non-arrival, the total amount of the booking is payable.
  • Guest rules help ensure we meet health, safety, and fire regulations and maintain a comfortable environment for all.
  • Unacceptable behaviour that causes disturbance or nuisance may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund or compensation.
  • Please note: Mill Croft is strictly NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING throughout.
  • Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our total liability is limited to the booking cost.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or special damages, or failures caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to Mill Croft property due to acts or negligence, and agree to indemnify us and cover associated costs.
  • We strive to accommodate all needs during your stay.
  • Kindly let us know in advance if you have dietary or special requirements.
  • All guest rooms are located on the first floor.
  • Please note: Mill Croft does not have a lift.
